 Ralph, Election Day is Tuesday. And that means we have less than a week to make sure that every California Democrat’s vote gets counted — and that’s even more important this year since participation tends to drop in non-Presidential elections. Since you’re one of our strongest Democratic supporters, I wanted to check in with you to make sure that, if you haven’t already mailed in your ballot, you’ve got a plan to vote next Tuesday.
